Andy Frances broke into the entertainment business as the Music Editor at Us Weekly Magazine. Additionally he was a Contributing Editor at Country Music Magazine. His writings have also been featured in USA Weekend, a national Sunday newspaper supplement with more than 700 newspapers and a circulation of 22.3 million.
With ADDWATER&STIR (solutions), Andy’s executive consultancy, he has brought together a creative cabal of experts on behalf of his many clients in film, publishing, music, and television. Most recently he negotiated Ron Stallworth’s book “Black Klansman” becoming a #1 on the NY Time Best Seller List. Thereafter, Andy developed and packaged the Academy Award winning movie, “BlacKKKlansman" directed by Spike Lee and produced by Jordan Peele, under ADDWATER&STIR’s production company banner.

Andy Frances helped to secure approximately 50 million dollars in funds for licenses on behalf of David Bowie (via Bertelsman, Rykodisc,/Warner Brothers Music Group, EMI/Capitol, JVC, PolyGram, Nike, and Phillips Inc.).
Also consulted Bowie regarding the acquisition of 55 million dollars in capital development via the issuance of publicly traded "Bowie Bonds" created by Bowie’s then financial consultant Bill Zysblat.

Andy Frances has even tackled the most difficult of projects due to his unique diplomatic ability to reunite warring musicians.
He successfully reunited platinum duo Kenny Loggins and Jimmy Messina (Loggins & Messina) for their first concert in 14 years (and new record project on Columbia Records).

Andy Frances helped created iFanz.com, an internet based communication, merchandising and licensing content company featuring fan/customer relations management digital tools, community and affinity marketing, database /financial modeling, viral promotions. etc.
iFanz is part of Ruth McCartney’s McCartneyMultimedia empire (she is Paul McCartney's step sister). iFanz clients include Bon Jovi's Ritchie Sambora, Clint Black, David Cassidy, Fleetwood Mac, GM, Fox, MGM, etc.
As a manager in the entertainment field, business consultant and life long learner, Victoria Fisher achieves powerful results for her clients by providing guidance, mentoring and coaching.
Victoria’s roster includes Carl Stephenson Multi-Platinum Producer for “Beck,” Rajah, the singer/songwriter opening for Toto with Sony Europe record deal, the Independents” licensing through Cleopatra Records for AFI; and “Gabriela,” Brazilian artist recording 6 tracks with Dr. Dre’s camp, that opened the 2002 Police and Fire Games.

Victoria has also been a judge for the Model and Talent Expo which ran for five days in Los Angeles, CA.
Victoria has also handled TV sales programming under TV Veteran Producer Ernest Cartwright, and for Byron Allen of CF Entertainment. Victoria’s casting background also includes being mentored by two top Casting Directors from Universal Pictures where she learned the process of casting for TV, film and commercials. Recently she was an Executive Producer for “Showrunner” directed by Gaius Charles (Friday Night Lights & Grey’s Anatomy) and produced by Michelle Hardy, also starring Dedee Pfeiffer. Victoria worked with PureFlix for her writer Scott Taylor. Pure Flix has optioned his script Elah.
As far as athletes on her rooster she has Pro MMA Fighter Jimmy Smith (Star on Discovery’s Fight Quest). Jimmy worked his way up from being analyst for Bellator Fighting Championships on Fox Sports, Host on American Ninja Warrior, now UFC Color Commentator. Other champions on the roster include Ex Barefoot Kicker for the Los Angeles Rams Mike Lansford, Scot Mendelson Worlds Strongest Man, and NFL Minnesota Viking Tight End Coach Clancy Barone. While the music industry is a bit in the past, Victoria and her business partner Brandon Kjar signed Marva King, Singer, and Actress for “Prince.” Victoria worked with Carman, owner of fifteen Gold Records in the Contemporary/Gospel field. Victoria is delighted to now be on the team for Dr. Ron Archer, Evangelist/Inspirational Worldwide/International speaker. His book and movie are in the works. Rick Karatas, Writer/ Producer has invited Victoria onto his script project as a Producer for Charlie’s Dream. The film has attachments of John Schneider, Riker Lynch, Olympia Dukakis. Directing – Joely Fisher. Her latest involvement is with Ron Stallworth, the real Black Klansman in which the major motion picture won an Academy Award.
Henry’s career began in Pasadena, CA managing the office of a boutique production company. A year later he discovered his purpose and passion for producing when he was presented with an opportunity to develop a writer and the writers IP. Realizing he needed to shorten his learning curve he decided to take a risk and reach out to an A -List producer, Steve Longi (Hacksaw Ridge, Youth in Revolt). Steve gave Henry an internship to work with him and director, producer Jonathan Baker (Inconceivable, Force of Nature). Not to stop Henry’s passion and drive, he has been consulting for Heart of Hollywood and has now joined the ever-moving Adwater & Stir Associates where he is producing several projects.
